Fleetlog Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fleetlog, a mobile app operated by Airliners Live Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom at City Heliport, Old University Building, Liverpool Road, Manchester, M30 7RU, UK. By accessing or using the Fleetlog mobile app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Fleetlog app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Subscriptions & Access

Access to Fleetlog requires an active subscription purchased through either:

  • Our website at https://fleetlog.app, managed via Shopify/Seal Subscriptions, or
  • Apple In-App Purchases (subject to Apple’s terms and limitations).

Use of the app without a valid subscription is not permitted.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

Fleetlog collects limited personal and usage data to deliver its services:

  • Optional location data (only when enabled by the user)
  • User-submitted aircraft photos
  • Log entries and aircraft activity
  • IP addresses are logged passively for security and access logs
  • Subscription data managed through third parties (Shopify or Apple)

Fleetlog does not collect usernames, email addresses via Apple IAP, or use analytics/crash reporting tools at this time.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or offensive data or media
  • Use the app in any unlawful or abusive manner
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app or its systems

Fleetlog reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and remove content that violates these terms or our submission guidelines.

5. Aircraft Photos and Content

All user-uploaded aircraft photos are manually reviewed before being published. Users must follow the app’s submission guidelines. Fleetlog retains a license to use submitted images within the app and associated platforms.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Fleetlog relies on third-party ADS-B data sources to populate live aircraft information. This data may occasionally be unavailable due to provider outages or limitations.

Additionally, the aircraft database is manually reviewed and updated, and while efforts are made to ensure accuracy, errors and incomplete data may occur. Users can report issues directly using the in-app \"Report Issue\" feature.

The app is provided for hobbyist and recreational use only, and is not intended for professional or operational use.

Fleetlog may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, aircraft artwork, and functionality within Fleetlog are the intellectual property of Airliners Live Ltd. Users retain ownership of submitted photos but grant Fleetlog a license to display them.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fleetlog is provided \"as is\" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airliners Live Ltd is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from use of the app or reliance on its content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
